2. Flame sponge

Flame bonding foam type: 18kg/m3; 25 kg/m3; 30kg/m3;

Foam width: 58 inches

Foam thickness: 2-15mm, the thickness can be selected according to the requirements

Foam color: light blue and black

Iii. Introduction to bonding

1. Flame bonding (no adhesive bonding) : it adopts foam rubber as a bridge and melts it and other materials are glued by flame spraying. The bonding product has the features of strong integrity, soft touch, water-resistant, dry cleaning, environmental protection and non-crease resistance.

2. Hot melt adhesive composite: this process adopts oeko-tex CLASS II glue composite. The cloth made with this glue is glued together with foam and is washable.

3. Common foam glue: ordinary bonding in the market, cheap price.
